Special Meeting
We will hold a special congregational meeting today after the Worship service to vote on whether to extend a call to Zachary Kurt as Alert’s youth/worship pastor.
SCHOOLAPALOOZA is coming up! Please stop by the table in the foyer and consider how you might help. This wonderful community outreach to families is a big part of our mission as a church and we would love your help to pull it off! We need more carinal games in particular. The event is August 1 from
5pm – 7pm, working around pre-fair events. There are many ways to participate, so please check it out.
Sunday School Promotion Sunday will be on Sunday, August 19. Be on the lookout for more information on some fun things the Christian Education Board has planned for that day.
Women’s Encounter
Women’s Encounter can be described as a weekend where women encounter Christ in ways that are perhaps new or long since felt. Through teaching, testimonies, and worship we’ll dive deep into what it means to be a faithful follower of Jesus Christ. You’ll learn more about yourself, the body of believers around you, and most importantly, the God who created you. Get to know the sisters you have in the Lord and the community that awaits you. Whether your relationship is new or old, this weekend will be a blessing. Plan to attend
