Children’s Church Volunteers
Have you been looking for a way to serve here at church? We are looking for a few more volunteers to be in the teaching rotation for children’s church! If this is something you think would be of an interest to you, please let LuAnn or Shanna know!
Camp L.I.T. Fundraiser Help
If you would like to donate towards the Camp L.I.T. Taco Fundraiser on February 17 at the Leonardville Community Center. We need either brownies, rice Krispie treats or cookies. We ask that you individually pre-package your donation items.
In the pre-packaging, please put 1 brownie or rice Krispie treat per individual packaging. For cookies, we ask that you put 2 cookies per individual packing.

Plastic shopping bags are needed at the Food Pantry, please drop them off either in the basket located inside the south door of the Fellowship Hall OR put them in the lime green tote located under the coat racks near the sanctuary.

Our Community Food Basket Serving Northern Riley County
There are two areas where your donation can be left – –
1) Basket just inside of the south door of the Fellowship Hall 2) Coat area near the sanctuary in the lime green tote
Church Representative for the Northern Riley County Food Pantry
Here is what it would involve:
– Attend the quarterly meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. in Riley.
– Be in charge of the month of February in finding 2 volunteers plus yourself to “man” the food pantry every Saturday in February from 10 to 12.
– Willing to purchase groceries for the food pantry (you would be reimbursed) several times during the year.
– At least a 2 year commitment on the board but many more years on the board is welcome.

Alert Road Race
Plans and Preparations are underway for the Alert Road Race, so please be in prayer! The set date of June 22, 2024, will be here before we know it! Sponsor support is critical to the success of this event, and I will be reaching out to the compiled list of past sponsors soon to see if you would, once again, like to be a featured sponsor for the event! We would also welcome any new sponsorship as well! Should you feel led to donate to the Road Race, please reach out to me or include your donation in the offering with a note indicating “Alert Road Race”. Also, I may not have a complete sponsor list, so if you do not hear from me, please feel free to reach out! I will also be seeking volunteers to help on Race Day, so stay tuned for more details.
