Church in Ministry
With the end of the year fast approaching, Randi would like to get a jump start on lists for our church in ministry. If you would like to be included or not included on these lists, please let Randi know. The lists include: Greeters, Nursery, Scripture reading, children’s sermon & church, candle lighters, and ushers.
Cards
The Covenant Women’s Ministry is taking orders right now for special occasion cards. There is a table set up in the foyer with an order form. Please stop and place an order. Ordering will be available until November 11th. If you have any questions, please visit with Venita.
Blessing the Girls at Victory Village
If anyone is interested in blessing a girl at Victory Village with a Christmas box, please visit with Rose Linhardt. She will have a list of girls names along with each individuals needs and wants.
Church Membership
If you are interested in joining our church, instructions and applications can be picked up in the church office. They are located on the wall in the church office.
Bibles
Study Bibles are available for those who do not have a Bible of their own. You may pick one up at the Welcome Center. The Bibles are provided as a gift to you.

The Flourishing Life
Flourish: to thrive, to be full, vibrant, faithful….this month over 100 Cru students and staff members from all over Kansas joined together at our Fall Getaway. We explored how to flourish, in college and in the workplace, and we learned that the measure of human flourishing is Jesus’ life!
We were all challenged to give up lifestyles of autonomy, individualism, pleasure seeking, isolation, and an “us vs. them” mentality; all of which lead to languishing. Instead, we Christians were called to live a life of following/obeying Christ, in real, authentic communities where we can relentlessly pursue personal wholeness. And non-Christian students were invited to start living the flourishing life that comes through knowing Jesus as Lord and Savior! It was great for our students to have a weekend away from the hustle and bustle that is the status quo of college life!
Please pray that God will help every student from Fall Getaway to flourish; as they follow him back on campus, and as they invite their friends to join them in life changing, Christ centered community!
