Capitol Worship & Prayer Night
Date: March 27th
Time: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Location: Kansas State Capitol
As kingdom citizens we must respond to the enemies’ plans to dedicate our state to darkness. We felt a direct call to lead a worship night on Mar. 27th to adore Jesus from our state capitol. We are calling on all followers of Jesus in Kansas to come together for a night of worship and prayer at the Kansas State Capitol! Let’s lift high the name of Jesus and declare that JESUS is Lord over Kansas! We will have a full band and trailer stage out in front of the capitol.
We are believing for revival in Kansas! Just as Jehoshaphat sent worshipers ahead of the army, we will go before the Lord in praise:
“Give thanks to the Lord, for his steadfast love endures forever.” – 2 Chronicles 20:21
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!
We are gearing up for the 2025 Camp L.I.T. season and we would love to have you join the family of volunteers!! Camp L.I.T. is 100% free to all volunteers and campers.
As a volunteer, you must attend ONE of the mandatory training sessions. To register for the training, please go to the Camp L.I.T. website – camplit.org. In the middle of the home page, you will find the Volunteer Application.
Saturday, March 29th from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Alert Covenant Church

Saturday, April 26th from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Faith Church (located at 1921 Barnes Rd., Manhattan)
Besides our Coach and Support Staff volunteers, a Transportation Team has been added. If you would like to be a part of the Transportation Team, you would not attend camp, but you still would need 2 hours of training. The training will be held on the same days as the mandatory volunteer training sessions.
Camp L.I.T. Camp Dates are:
Girls’ Camp – June 19 thru June 22 (Ages 12-15)
Boys’ Camp – July 10 thru July 13 (Ages 12-15)
COED Camp – July 24 thru July 27 (Ages 16-18)

COVENANT CEDARS BIBLE CAMP REGISTATION
Early Bird Registration for Covenant Cedars Bible Camp is now open. This year, the church is asking that families pay the deposit for each camper attending and the church will cover the remaining balance. You will need to register online. (www.Cedars.org) If you already know your child is attending, please register before April 1 as the amount due goes up $20 after this date and up another $15 after June 1. With numerous kids attending, this adds up quickly. The deposit is non-refundable!
Women’s Ministry
The Women’s Ministry Team will be kicking off a series of events, beginning with a morning of Coffee and Conversation on April 5th at 9:00 AM. We invite all women to join us for a time of fellowship and connection.
True North VBS is coming June 2-6th! We would love to have you be a part of this amazing opportunity to reach the kids of our church and surrounding communities! If you can help, please add your name to the volunteer sign-up sheet located on the welcome center in the foyer! Thank you!
