Ice Cream Social Sign-up
We invite you to look over the sign-up sheet for the ice cream social and consider how you might be involved this year. The sign-up sheets are located at the welcome center.
Prayer Tent at Praisefest
This year’s Praisefest in Manhattan is scheduled for Saturday, September 16th. We are being asked to serve in the Prayer Tent ministry again. If you are available for part of the day to pray for those who come into the tent for prayer, please let Pastor Dwight know of your willingness to serve. Thank you.
Hay Bids
The old CRP north of the church is available to be put up for hay again this year. Last year around 40 tons were removed. We will offer it up for sealed bids on a per ton basis that is removed. Please submit bids to Ray Shultz, Matt Sullivan or Darren Hofmann by July 31st. We would ask that bales would be removed and paid in full by September 15, 2023
Childrens Church
We are so appreciative of all the volunteers who help with Children’s Church each week! If you’ve never had the opportunity to be a part of this ministry and would like to be involved, please let LuAnn or Shanna know.
Schoola Palooza
Alert Covenant Church is partnering with Backroad Baja and Leonardville Lions Club to provide Schoola Palooza once again for area students 3pm-8pm on July 31 and August 1! The Christian Education Board would greatly appreciate your help in working the event. Volunteers will sign up for a 1-hour (or more) shift to help families find their way around as they come gather school supplies. Backpack Donation
In preparing for Schoola Palooza, we would like to offer you the opportunity to be a part of this outreach! Please consider purchasing a new backpack for a child who needs it, and have it to the church by Sunday, July 30th. The big white tub is under the coatrack for your purchases. Thank you so much!!
Church Administrative Secretary Position Opening

Live Streaming the service
In addition to live streaming our Worship service online, we have closed circuit streaming in the old sanctuary for overflow seating.
Prayer
Please be in prayer for the upcoming Mexico mission trip. While there, our team will be leading crafts and recreation for VBS and growing relationships with the children and their families.
Bibles
Study Bibles are available for those who do not have a Bible of their own. You may pick one up at the Welcome Center. The Bibles are provided as a gift to you.
