New Adult Sunday School Class
Colossians 1:6 says that the gospel is *continually* bearing fruit and *increasing* in and among us, even after we first believe it. In other words, the gospel shapes and forms our life and person every single day – it’s continual and not stagnant. Join us for Sunday School at 11am as we answer the following questions: Why is a continual rediscovery and application of the gospel so important? How does that happen? How will our personal growth and missional life be stunted if we do not grasp the gospel deeply?
Unite 2021 (formerly known as CHIC)
This announcement was sent by the ECC: “We have made the difficult decision to postpone UNITE 2021. Our current plan is to reschedule this gathering for July 2022, with a full, denomination-wide youth ministry event at that time.”
Ice Cream Social
We have decided to postpone the Ice Cream Social for one month or more because of the increased Covid19 infections. We are being sensitive to listen to the concerns of our brothers and sisters from Manhattan Christian Fellowship.
Northern Riley County Food Pantry
With the COVID-19 pandemic, donations of food for the Northern Riley County Food Pantry have greatly decreased. Each week, we currently provide food for 20-25 adults and 12 children. They receive enough food for 3 meals a day for 3 days. There are two different locations at our church that you may leave your food donation at.
1) A basket is located under the coat rack at the south door entrance to the Fellowship Hall.
2) Lime green tote located by the coat racks at the main church entrance.
