Life Chain Sunday
All are invited to participate in the annual Life Chain in Clay Center which will be held on Sunday, October 7 beginning at 2:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church and then forming the Life Chain from 3:00 till 4:00.
Youth Project
If the Holy Spirit leads you to give, we are receiving an offering today for Syrian refugees. Covenant World Relief is responding to the need of these refugees in Lebanon. Immediate response includes sanitation kits, medical supplies and care, and baby kits. Envelopes are available for this offering.

Diaper Shower
With the arrival of baby Deacon, let us bless the Tucker family with diapers! It is an Alert tradition to shower every new arrival with plenty of diapers, big and small. If you feel led to bless this family, you can leave your gift by the mailboxes with their name, for them to pick up at their convenience.
Auditions

Lynda Randle will be performing on October 20 at the Clay Center Community High School Auditorium with doors opening at 5:30 and performance at 6:30 p.m. All seats are reserved and priced at $25 each which includes all fees and taxes. DID YOU KNOW…
We have a library for adults and children FULL of nonfiction, fiction, study guides, devotionals, whatever your heart desires. Please visit the library and check something out. The adult library is located by the fellowship hall in the southwest corner of the church and the children’s library is located downstairs. Please ask Pastor Stephanie or Randi if you have any questions regarding the library.
We have a calendar online. It is located on our church website so if you ever need to see what is happening at church, check there. Also, it is a great resource to use so we don’t overbook ourselves or our facilities. If you are wanting to hold something at church, please visit with Randi so it can get on the calendar.
Church Membership
If you are interested in joining our church, instructions and applications can be picked up in the church office. They are located on the wall in the church office.
Bibles
Study Bibles are available for those who do not have a Bible of their own. You may pick one up at the Welcome Center. The Bibles are provided as a gift to you.
