ABOUT THE RACE
10K:Wheel-measured course that starts at the top of the hill west of the church and makes a rectangle, finishing at the bottom of the hill in front of the church. Water stops provided. The course includes about 2 miles of pavement with the remainder on gravel/ rock backroads. If there is rain, come prepared for mud.
5K: Out and back on pavement and gravel.
10K & 5K awards: Special awards to top 3 male and female finishers. Awards to next three finishers in each age division.
1 Mile/ Faster Pastor Race: Out and back on paved roadway. Special awards to top 3 male and female finishers. Very special awards to the top 3 pastors. Participation awards to all finishers.

Join us for our first Coffee and Conversation of 2019! We will have a light breakfast, coffee, and fellowship together.
Our speaker this time is Jael Boeschling, who will give us her powerful testimony, called, “A Tale of Four Miscarriages: Experiencing God’s Grace in Seasons of Loss.” Her heart is that those who attend would see and experience God’s grace in the midst of their past or present struggle, regardless of what that is.

This Year’s Theme:
This is a generation that is not just hungry for big faith, but for a big faith that is lived out in the practical, mundane things we do and the decisions that we make everyday. What does it look like to follow God and live out this faith in our relationships, at our jobs, in conflict, in suffering, with money? Faith can move mountains, but it can also change our everyday circumstances, so we are going to look at God’s word to do that in one of the most practical, yet misunderstood, books of the Bible – Proverbs. Proverbs doesn’t show us a set of rules, but a different way to live that is so attractive, so fragrant, flowing through our lives, actions, relationships, and work, and drawing people to Christ. Together, we are going to discover what it looks like to do these things, not perfectly, but in good faith, trying our best to obey God and His way of life.
