We anticipate a big turn out for this year’s Road Race! Please send in your entry or sign up online ahead of time so we can keep day-off lines less complicated due to the need to physical distance.

This year you can even send your entry form in (by mail or e-mail) and wait to pay until raceday. This helps us not only know how many are coming, but we can have a race packet with your t-shirt and bib number ready for you!

  • Seating will be limited to every other row, and three chairs will separate each household. Communion with be served to individuals by our deacons and deaconesses. Plates will not be passed.
  • We will not be offering Nursery Child Care or Children’s Church. Pastor Stephanie has already prepared things to help keep our precious children occupied during worship, and are available in the foyer.   • We will not be offering Sunday School. However, Pastor Stephanie will continue offering a Sunday School lesson online for the children. Click here: https://alertcovenant.church/discipleship-at-home/
  • We will not have greeters at the doors.
  • Ushers will not be handing out bulletins. Instead we ask that you pick up a bulletin from the Welcome Center.
  • Wearing face masks will be left up to the individuals.
  • We will ask for volunteers to wipe down the door handles and bathroom fixtures, etc. with disinfected wipes after the services.
  • We will place the offering plates in the foyer rather than pass them.

Prayer is an intimate encounter with a living Lord.

Through abiding prayer like Jesus described in John 15, astounding things will happen. Our heart is shaped more like His heart, our stubborn will is relinquished for His kingdom plan, our lukewarm love for Jesus and His Church burns red hot.

Powerful things happen when people pray together. As a 2020 focus for our church, we want prayer as a church to continue, even though we cannot gather together physically. So please join us Thursday night. We’ll read some scripture, pray together, and listen to the Lord.

The book of Habakkuk includes themes of trusting God, questioning, and having confidence in Him during uncertain times… very relevant to our current situation.

Each Sunday starting April 12th, we’ll meet via zoom to discuss this fascinating book.
